At Moore 2 Jayee Beauty, we love to see you ecstatic! Rest assured, we stand behind our beauty, skin care, and cosmetics, and want you to be satisfied.  If for any reason you are not, we will make the return process easy. You are able to return the items within 7 days of your purchase. Only products that are returned within the 7 day period may be eligible for a full refund. Gift cards, product samples, and individual products that are originally purchased as part of a set cannot be returned. Due to sanitary and health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS. Please be advised that return shipping fees are non refundable, and are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed and issued based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling.) 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Upon order arrival, please conduct an inspection of your products. If a damage occurred, please contact Moore 2 Jayee Beauty through email WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your items at: help@shopm2jbeauty.com. We will be happy to assist you between the hours of 9:00 AM and  5:30 PM EST. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Please be aware that order fulfillment and shipping are designed to get orders processed and shipped quickly and efficiently, so cancellations cannot occur once submitted. We cannot change, offer a price adjustment, or cancel an order once it is submitted.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TEAR-FREE?

No, our products are not tear-free.

 

I HAVE NUT ALLERGIES, DO YOU HAVE ANY PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN NUTS?

Many of our products do have nut derivatives such as sweet almond oil.

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

We do not test on animals or have animal bi-products as ingredients.

 

WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE TO SHIP OUT PRODUCTS?

We partner with both UPS and USPS to ship our products. If your address is a PO Box, APO/AFO, it will ship via UPS Surepost. All other addresses within the continental United States will ship via a combination of USPS and UPS. UPS Surepost packages are shipped via UPS to your local post office and then delivered via USPS for the remaining leg of the delivery. This ensures that we can keep our delivery costs low and pass the savings on to you. Since the final delivery is handled by your local postal service, your order can be delivered 6 days a week, including Saturdays. 

 

DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY ADDRESSES?

Yes, we ship to military addresses via United States Postal Service. When entering your address, you can select the appropriate armed forces location at the bottom of the “state” drop down menu.
